  • JacG's GEMMS SWAT team has current and historical experience dating back to 1994.


  • JacG's U.S.S. Enterprise GEMMS Group is led by two developers responsible for design and development of the Pricing and Tax engines. They have key knowledge of integration issues and have developed many custom and reuseable API's for integration with Oracle and other applications.


  • JacG's GEMMS SWAT team DBA was responsible for bringing the original Datalogix product into the reality of relational database applications. He altered their original design, creating separate data and index spaces and specifying other performance enhancements including implementation of OFA Standards.

  • JacG's GEMMS SWAT team is currently developing open-interface reuseable views and other reporting cartridges. These add-ons will provide much needed missing functionality that more often than not has been required to be custom developed for many sites in the past.

  • Services are performed by experts with UNIX, Windows NT, Oracle database, Oracle Finapps, Oracle HR/Payroll, and Oracle GEMMS experience.


  • Administrative Tools available simplify maintenance, speed installation and implementation, and enable immediate supportability and recoverability.


  • System Admin and Dba Guides provide the fast startup that administrators new to UNIX and/or Oracle database and applications need to reduce time-to-competence.


  • Project Management Document Set provides infrastructure, operating system, database, application, and integration workplans, standards and procedures manuals, tracking and metrics forms and more helping to reduce project startup times.
